SHIPPING DETAILS

Our delivery team is part of a nationwide network of professional furniture delivery and assembly specialists.

Once photos of completed project are approval to ship by the customer, we will schedule for pickup and delivery to the shipping address. Pickup can take up anywhere from 5-7 days, and delivery, once en route, can take an additional 5-7 days. Typically, delivery times are much shorter, however this can be expected.

The Delivery Team will travel across the country with your new bed and reach out once they are within 24 hours of arrival to set a delivery appointment. Our team will bring the bed into the home, and the room of choice and assemble the bed and will install the mattress if you have it there. Delivery teams do not install wall panels, which would require professional installation, or the customer may opt to install if they prefer.

All products are built to last a lifetime under normal everyday use. The quality of each piece is checked over and ensured during every process of manufacturing.

To give our customers ample amount of time to use and exam the product to ensure that everything meets or exceeds our clients standards we offer an ABOVE industry standard 3 year warranty that guarantees all of our products to be free from defects in materials & workmanship.

To achieve the highest level of luxury in each piece, every process begins with the following guidelines:

Expert woodwork. The frame is the core of each piece, and needs to be as beautiful and solid inside as it will be on the outside. We skillfully craft our frames with meticulous care and detail to the correct shape and size, creating a structure that is made to last a lifetime, is stylish and completely accurate to the design and details requested and required.
Symmetry and consistency in Upholstery. Upholstery requires even and consistent pressure across the entire piece in order to achieve the best balance of cushion, achieve the desired look, as well as extend the life of the padding and materials.
Details and finishing touches. From the top the bottom, the entire project is made of details that require the greatest attention. Every application and attribute of each piece is planned to make the mind marvel at the beauty and art of upholstery. Nailhead trim is applied individually, by hand, so that each nail is equally distant from the next and in straight and flowing lines.

Custom Order Terms of Sale

Unless stated otherwise, custom orders may begin production immediately and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Final balance is due upon completion and final approval by customer of product.

Our Materials Include:

Kiln-dried hand-selected hardwood lumber and natural high-quality padding, non-toxic, non-offgassing upholstery materials made in the U.S.A. All joints are glued, screwed and blocked for maximum stability. Furniture legs are custom select from catalog. Stain and finish are selected as well.

We use only non-toxic foam and padding. Organic padding can be used by request at an additional cost.

Fabrics that we provide are all durable, easy maintenance as well as easy to clean. They are also a great value. We are more than happy to use our clients fabric (COM) or customer's leather (COL) should they decide to want to provide their own.
