In many cases, Drawn to Scale renderings will be provided prior to production for approval. 

​

Once the quote is received and approved,

Orders are placed with a 50% deposit

​

An invoice will be emailed UPON CUSTOMER REQUEST to pay the deposit and place order online via online portal. 

​

All major credit card accepted. 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Checks can be mailed to our mailing address on our Contact Page. 

​

LEAD TIME: 2-8 WEEKS

Standard production lead time for most orders is 6-8 weeks from the date the order is placed. 

Rush Service lead times may be available to ship in 2-4 weeks from order date,  for a Rush Service Fee of an additional 10% in most cases.

UPON COMPLETION:

Photos of finished product will be emailed for customer approval. 

​

The 50% balance will due upon completion.   

Remaining balance at completion. Once final payment is made, we will begin crating the order for shipping, & ready to ship usually within 1-2 business days after final payment.

Freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment for a day and time of customer's choice.

​

Freight Service quoted is  CURBSIDE DELIVERY with lift gate for residential deliveries.   

Although assembly is rather simple, and requires no tools in most cases, 

ASSEMBLY IS NOT  INCLUDED.

Freight drivers are not full service movers and do not bring furniture inside customer's residences due to liability. 

​

White Glove Delivery Service

Customers can request White Glove Delivery, in which a separate service will bring the furniture into the home, setup furniture in requested place(s) and remove all packing materials.

White Glove delivery service may be available upon request.  White Glove Services will charge separately.
